В каждом раунде 20 попыток. Каждые пару секунд синий квадрат ненадолго появляется в одной из ячеек сетки 3×3. Ваша задача — нажать MATCH, если текущая позиция совпадает с показанной ровно N шагов назад. Выберите 1-Back, 2-Back или 3-Back. По окончании увидите точность. N-Back изучается с 2008 года как способ тренировки рабочей памяти и флюидного интеллекта.

Управление

Следите за каждым вспыхивающим квадратом. Нажимайте MATCH, если это совпадение — иначе ничего не делайте. Первые N попыток — разминка: кнопка неактивна, потому что не с чем сравнивать. Зелёные точки — правильный ответ, красные — ошибка.

Советы и стратегия

Не пытайтесь запомнить все позиции — держите в голове только последние N, как скользящее окно. Проговаривайте про себя: 'верх-лево, центр, низ-право…'. Начните с 1-Back. Большинство застревает на 2-Back; 3-Back — серьёзная нагрузка. Исследования показывают: 10 минут в день дают наибольший эффект.
