Schulte Table

Find numbers from 1 to NΒ² in order, as fast as you can. Keep your eyes fixed on the center β€” train your peripheral vision and visual scanning speed.

How to Play

A grid is filled with shuffled numbers. Click them in ascending order, starting from 1, until you reach the last one. The timer starts on your first click and stops when you finish. Try to keep your gaze on the center of the grid and use peripheral vision to spot the next number β€” that is what makes the Schulte Table famously different from a normal find-the-number puzzle. Choose 3Γ—3 (9 numbers) up to 6Γ—6 (36 numbers) depending on level.

Controls

Click or tap the next number in sequence. Wrong cells flash red but do not penalize your time β€” only the total elapsed time matters. The header shows which number to find, current time, and progress.

Tips & Strategy

Pin your eyes to the center cell and resist the urge to dart around. Let your peripheral vision do the work β€” speed-reading research suggests this is the cognitive skill that transfers most. Two-minute sessions are enough; do them daily. A 5Γ—5 under 25 seconds is considered very fast for adults.
