How to Play

32 army pieces (16 per side) start face down on a 4×8 grid. On your turn you either flip a face-down piece (revealing it) or move one of your revealed pieces one step to an adjacent empty square or onto an adjacent enemy to attack. Ranks from low to high: Engineer < Platoon < Company < Battalion < Regiment < Brigade < Division < Army < Field Marshal. Higher rank wins; equal ranks trade. A Bomb destroys any piece it meets (both removed). A Mine destroys any attacker except an Engineer, who defuses it. Mines and the Flag cannot move. Capture the enemy Flag — or leave them with no movable pieces — to win.

Controls

Tap a face-down piece to flip it, or tap your revealed piece then a highlighted square to move or attack. Tap the piece again to deselect. Restart begins a new game. This is a 1v1 game versus the AI; pieces are hidden until flipped or fought.

Tips & Strategy

Flip to gather information, but every flip could hand the opponent a target. Keep your Field Marshal and Bombs in reserve to answer their big pieces. Engineers are precious — they’re your only safe way through mines. Don’t attack an unknown revealed piece unless you can afford to lose the trade.
