How to Play
Chess is a two-player strategy game played on an 8x8 board. Each player starts with 16 pieces: one king, one queen, two rooks, two bishops, two knights, and eight pawns. The objective is to checkmate your opponent's king, meaning the king is under attack and has no legal way to escape. Special moves include castling, en passant captures, and pawn promotion when a pawn reaches the opposite end of the board.

Tips & Strategy
Control the center of the board with your pawns and pieces early in the game. Develop your knights and bishops before your queen. Castle early to protect your king and connect your rooks. Avoid moving the same piece multiple times in the opening unless necessary.
