About CPS Test
The CPS (Clicks Per Second) Test is a simple tool designed to measure your clicking speed. It's widely used by gamers to test and improve their clicking mechanics, especially for games like Minecraft (PvP) or clicker games.
How to Play
- Select your preferred time duration (1s, 5s, 10s, or 30s).
- Click anywhere inside the dashed box to start the timer.
- Click as fast as humanly possible until the time runs out!
- Your final score will be displayed as CPS (Clicks Per Second).
What is a good CPS?
The average player scores between 4 to 7 CPS. If you can score over 8 CPS, you're above average. Professional gamers and fast clickers can often reach 10-14 CPS using special techniques like jitter clicking or butterfly clicking.
Clicking Techniques
- Regular Clicking: Standard index finger clicking (3-7 CPS).
- Jitter Clicking: Vibrating your arm/wrist to click extremely fast (8-14 CPS). Can cause strain.
- Butterfly Clicking: Alternating between two fingers on the same mouse button (10-18+ CPS).
